Hello!

I’m a registered counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), working in private practice and for the NHS in central Northampton, and UK-wide online. Additionally, I work in London and collaborate with a global mental health service.

I am committed to anti-oppressive and culturally sensitive inclusive practice, affirming the experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals and those with neurodivergence.

With a professional background in the arts and charity sectors as well as mental health, my experience spans facilitation, leadership, creativity, performance and retreats. These diverse roles have deepened my perspective and uniquely inform my approach to therapy.

As an Integrative counsellor, I believe each person is unique and requires a tailored approach to meet their needs and goals. I draw from various theoretical models, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and embodied/somatic psychotherapy, offering holistic and compassionate support.

I am deeply passionate about my work. While therapy can be emotionally challenging, it can also be exhilarating and inspiring. My journey has been a continuous exploration of the human condition and the search for meaning in life, despite its difficulties and uncertainties. At the heart of my work lies a commitment to honouring the unique mystery of each individual.
